Terms of Service
Please read these terms before submitting emergency stray reports or using StreetVet ID tracking services.
1. Acceptable Use & Good Faith Reporting
The StreetVet ID public portal is dedicated to emergency intake and field triage of stray, injured, or diseased animals. Users agree to submit information, photos, and location coordinates in good faith. False reporting or intentional disruption of emergency triage services is strictly prohibited.
2. Anonymous Reporting & Contact Discretion
Reporters may submit stray reports anonymously without creating an account. Providing contact information (phone number or email) is optional but recommended if field triage officers require additional location directions or follow-up verification.
3. Photo Uploads & Content Ownership
By uploading media files (images/photos) of reported animals, you grant StreetVet ID a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process the media for veterinary assessment, public safety alerts, and animal welfare documentation. Uploaded files undergo automated virus and malware scanning.
4. Triage Response & Limitation of Liability
StreetVet ID field dispatch operates on a priority-based clinical triage matrix (critical/severe/moderate/low). While our veterinary officers make every effort to respond rapidly, submission of a report does not guarantee immediate field dispatch or outcome guarantee.
5. Data Protection & UU PDP Compliance
Personal data collected through emergency reports is processed in compliance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). Personal identity data is strictly segregated from public surveillance aggregates and never sold to third parties.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this public emergency portal shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogor, West Java.
