Do I need an account?
No. Reports do not require an account, but your name, email, WhatsApp number, and front and side photos are required.
How do I track my report?
Save the private link provided after your report is saved. It shows report receipt and email verification status. Do not share it.
What happens after submission?
Waiting for the StreetVet staff queue to receive the report. This does not mean a team is on its way. Service is not available 24 hours a day and response times are not guaranteed. Follow-up depends on the situation and team availability.
Which animals can be reported?
Stray animals and pets belonging to students and the campus community needing help within the IPB Dramaga campus service area.
