Terms of Service
Read these terms before submitting a report or using StreetVet tracking services.
1. Responsible use
Submit information, photos and locations in good faith. False reports and attempts to disrupt the service are not allowed.
2. Reporter information
An account is not required, but your name, email and WhatsApp number are mandatory for staff follow-up. Ensure the contact details are accurate and usable.
3. Report photos
Upload photos you have the right to use for report assessment and documentation. Different front and side photos are required. Uploading does not publish them in a public gallery; files are processed and scanned before delivery to staff.
4. Coverage and follow-up
Service is limited to the IPB Dramaga campus area. Service is not available 24 hours a day and response times are not guaranteed. Follow-up depends on the situation and team availability. Waiting for the StreetVet staff queue to receive the report. This does not mean a team is on its way.
5. Privacy
Read the privacy notice to understand the use of contact details, locations, photos, security cookies and private report links.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes concerning use of the portal are submitted to the courts in Bogor, West Java.
